This is looking nice so far! I think it's lacking a bit in lighting and composition. You could add some drama with backlighting from the sun, which would really show off those colored caustics. A little DOF would be nice too. Also the boardgame edge is perfectly straight and even, as is the paper under it. Real world items…
Well, decades of being in the same position have caused damage. So now you either continue causing damage by doing the same thing or you change your sitting position. Your choice. :)
pretty much everything, including some low poly frame elements. I'm building it as if it were to take massive damage. I'd say I'd do the damage morphs as well, but I'm not committing to that yet.
Find me fucking evidence of cannabis being actually harmful. Alcohol causes liver damage among other issues, there is ZERO fucking evidence I've seen of cannabis causing damage of any extent near that of alcohol.
Huge Splash damage fan and this looks amazing cant wait for it to come out also Jfletcher you working on this some of the textures look like your style of painting? http://kotaku.com/5903360/splash-damages-rad-soldiers-is-a-turn+based-guns-with-friends/gallery/1
map's fine for me. what's the policy on creeper explosions? they used to do damage to just the player, but they seem to have reverted to world damage, too. [edit]: oh, you mean the web-map? yeah, that's broken.
Hey thanks @MagicMeister The kaftan has multiple UV sets, the first is the usual for the bakes The second is where the embroidery is tiled, then both normal maps are blended together in unreal. Each tiled embroidery has its own material and then various masks allow for things like damage and dirt to be overlayed on top.…
No these are not decal strips at all. It is simply just a height map blend between 2 textures (whatever the pillar is and whatever the damage is) using vert colors. The vert colors just blend in the damage, simple as that. Nothing too complex about it :)
Part of the research is that you are doing damage to your body that you cannot detect. How do you detect damage that will lead to early onset of Alzheimer's? The same is also true of the benefits of 8 hours sleep every night.
Day 10: Damaged For today's material I wanted to try and take the subway tile from the King's Row map in Overwatch and try to recreate it as a damaged tile. I'm pretty happy with how it turned out. 😀
