Well, you can't. So you'll have to write your own system or find one that's already been written. Have you tried the built in stuff rather than disregarding it straight off?
Been trying to perfect this procedural paint formula. I've got a system now instead of just random nodes, but results still need some refinement: The look isn't as good as the initial cliff imo:
Install a legal operating system and see if you get better results. That is really the only unknown factor in your setup, and often times hackintosh requires weird custom drivers that could be causing an issue.
Amazingly great game, and I'll concur on it being a bit too short. With this system in place, I wouldnt mind if they took a page from episodic content we started seeing with adventure games on steam.
UPDATE! Added everything except for the chairs. Added smoke and dust particle systems and a point light. Not added lightmaps or normals yet. Raised some floorboards. Haven't scaled down the wall texture yet :)
if your not to fussy about brand / price. Aldi in the UK do a portable hard drive (USB) 320gb for 100 pounds. Have to go in on the right day though, they do some sort of offer system.
Nice one! already got the necessary in hand to purchase a copy and by the looks of things will certainly come in more than a little handy once I've put together a system that can handle 2.8 :D
Yes (hiding portions). At 6million like I mentioned its about a 1 1/2 minutes just twiddling my thumbs for the system to update any time I manipulate or hide/unhide.
Thanks for your interest, my email address for anybody who is interested is: netdata AT gmail DOT com You can also use the message system on here to send a PM. Thank you, Allen
You do know overclocking will basically halve the life span of the system right? Have fun, but may i suggest you run a processor check to see if there are any calculation errors at that speed increase?
