No, not the Audi R8 But I'm having a blast. Haven't really ridden in like 6 years. Summer seems to have arrived in the bay and the sense of freedom that a bike provides is fantastic. Haven't done any off roading yet apart from getting lost in GG park yesterday. Anyone polycount pedal pushers out there?
Yeah, I hate those new tiny mice :( Recently went on a hunt to replace my mouse because the middle wheel is sticking sometimes, haven't found a better one yet. Anyway, I've been using this one for around 3 years, no problems. Voted wireless for freedom of movement.
Everything that Prior said. Also, being able to draw AND model is a level of freedom and control that is not comparable. You are the pipeline. You can create a character start to finish, from concept to model to textures. You can have complete creative control. It's empowering and liberating. I say learn it anyway.
yeah that part was a bit of artistic freedom - theres no real good images of these buffers.. and the level designer said he wanted some kind of stopping sign on it.. (which ones in real life dont really have)... and i tried to make it more interesting than the plain ones in real life
Sometimes one needs to be a little harsh when making a stand for justice, freedom and the artistic way. In all seriousness, I would suggest they cranked the lighting right up so that they could show off as much art as possible in the dungeon area. Any other critiques are legitmately dumb. :p
Going to have to get hold of this, liked the first one, didn't seem as lonely as GTA IV, probably due to the map being smaller. Agreed that it isn't as visually pleasing and some of the controls lack a bit of freedom but at least (I hear) the story is to be continued. Will have to stock up on gin and juice.
Im having a pretty bad hay fever attack. Not sure it will be over tomorrow. Usually that's how it works. I get one day of freedom and one day of being a dripping faucet. But in case not.. A: They better have lots and lots of napkins. B: Adams' shorts wont have anything on this.. :P
You can probably use Euler angles for anything that only needs to rotate around one or two axes, like an elbow. For stuff that requires more degrees of freedom like an arm socket it's better to use quats. In the end (in the engine) it's all quats anyway most of the time.
Seriously though, daily interest alone would buy my freedom for any project id want to do for years. Instead i'm buying myself a nice art book every month after slaving away to make someone else rich. ./End jealous rant
