Yes, I would definitely prefer learning ZBrush for sculpting. I'm not afraid of the learning curve, that's fine, I like it when it's not served on a silver tablet. :) But if you need to work with the interface and you can't read it, it's gonna be a bit difficult. I think you need more details in your texture then the silver scratches. The Famas from Call Of Duty Notice how the material is not a solid black. I agree with the no edge on the weapon - only because I am not sure how to properly draw it if it's not grey/silver color. :x In regards to the DP torso and legs, I know if I just remove the veil and split her top and bottom with the belt it would fix this. Yes, I do know that. By "materials," I mean solid colors - not unwrapping the model, just applying a solid color material. So, for the metronome, a yellow metal material,a silver metal material, and then I would unwrap a couple parts that need detail in the texture. Did I explain that better? I would make IK (rp solver) chain from hip to heel, then use IK (sc solvers) single bone chains for each section of the foot. Foot is everything from heel down. What you're calling "ankle" is really ball of the foot. Control the foot with a standard reverse foot lock setup. You'll find plenty of info if you google reverse… -
How would I create these matierals?
Slick, reflective and smooth AF black. Brushed silver metal, And teal car metal. I've never really USED this program (Substance Designer) before, but would these materials be considered relatively easy to make? And if so how would I go about creating them? Second question is how well I'd be able to transfer the material… -

Looks good to me, good that its not instantly obvious cg That inner glow is too harsh, i would paint that manually Also try out a cold background, you have 70% covered with warm colors already , and the eyepatch blue dosnt really find any color relation else The rope looks silver, i would fix that aswell -
