I learned Blender recently, having used maya, max, etc in the past. Switching to “industry standard” keymapping might help get you going more quickly or change the shortcuts to what makes sense for you. Some things are not great compared to the other softwares, some things are better. I don’t think it’s a waste of time.… -

Hi @Fabi_G Thank you for your patience. I really appreciate your support. I can share the specific model if needed, although I’m not sure it’s necessary. I did some reading and experimented a bit with baking at 2x resolution and then downscaling and normalizing the normals. The results are definitely much better now. See… -

This is great, love the lighting! The biggest problem for me is that the effects are overpowering everything else, so I can’t really focus on anything but the sparks.
