its not one mesh, its a modular building built from 30 meshes. I exported the building model as a t3d file and then re-imported it back into my main scene. When box mapping, are you just box mapping and calling it done? If so, box mapping is the best way to start, but it is only the first step. It depends a bit on game, but generally it comes down to figuring out how close the player gets to an item and then basing texel density on that.
