Well, in Unity you use C# or a Javascript derivative. Unreal 4 has a nice visual script editor called blueprints that is fantastic. That alone makes me recommend it. That max plugin works great except that you always have to remember that you have to click "clear all" before you render a new sheet otherwise it will not be rendered in a new sheet.
