Hi, I am just an individual looking to get some environments and other assets modeled for personal use, with textures and color. The projects I have in mind would be pretty big so I'm open to any and all discussion of prices and time to delivery. I also recognize due to the scale and complexity of some of my requests that…
I think the whole texture /material side of CG is dying slowly. You can see it just here in this part of polycount lack of new posts and in modern games in general. They have same plastic look, PBR much ha-ha with generic 2x2m textures deprived of any individual traits in perfectly same looking games. Same procedural edge…
I wanted to do something with a less faceted or mid - high poly look. And in research I found that the Kratos model in GOW3 (2010) has 64,000 polys as a whole, with 5,700 on the face alone. For GOW (2018) the total would be 80,000. I just want some opinions/feedback on the topology in regards to the loops and density…
Looking good so far, keep going. What reference are you looking at? Do you have a mood board of examples? Ideally you could be looking at real-world examples that don't necessarily match exactly but have similar elements like wood handles with iron bands, or large worn blades. And examples of hand-high quality painted…
Hello again! I am just starting up a new 2D game project and I will be requiring some voice actors who can run some quick lines for me. Concept: My project is a card game playing on a typical rpg theme with monsters, swords, spells, and items. There's a reason why monsters drop so much sweet loot and that is why players…
While I still see no real alternative. Just wonder if it's only my impression. For years I see only cosmetic improvements . Node bypass been best of them IMO yet took decades of users prays . Coming to Blender nodes feel so much like breath of fresh air . Any custom node saved in a library could be done local to the file…
Howdy, I'm looking for a skilled 3d sculptor who can hard surface model characters as seen in star wars in A-Poses. These models will be in 40mm proportions and reference images will be provided in Pureref files. I'm also looking for someone to potentially frequently commission over the next several months too if we work…
Hi there, I'm a recent graduate in Industrial Design from Bournemouth University (UK). Mainly worked on Product / Graphic and interior design. Though, I have recently taken an interest in concept art & design. :) I enjoy sketching characters and giving them great personality though my clear and concise story telling. If…
sure. but thats why we have auto retopo. and if we modeled everything with nubs, we only need to add details and thus dont need edge loops etc. but ill also try modo. lol no... blender can just dream of modos skills.
