I already said in my previous post, that i know the concept art is "heroistic" with its 8 heads, but i've gone for 7 1/2 for more normal proportions :) I wouldn't say he looks short, he's just built. Theres a couple of other concepts from earlier development where he is 7 1/2 heads, not sure how big he is ingame though.
