Elder tirans head budgets are also significantly lower than his default head item. Those horns get expensive. I noticed recently that tides back slot is arbitrarily a 128X256 texture budget. Seems odd that the piece that presents the most real estate gets half the texture res as his head. (Theres nothing there by default)
The top of the head on your low poly is looking a lil too low polly, You could probably get away with just dropping the 2 offending points a little to round out the top of the head a little better. If you don't mind a few extra polys I would add some extra loops to the top of the head to make it smoother.
