Unreal Editor 3 is what is usd for UT2003/2004.Unreal Editor 4 is for Unreal Engine 3. Roboblitz (can buy through steam for about $15) has a modifed version of Unreal Ed 4.

Im especaily interested in unreal kismet sense I find coding to be a bit intimidating. Is there a way to get my hands on any training (book or otherwise) on anything unreal 4 oriented or will I have to wait fro UDK 4 to release? If I have to wait, how long do you guys suppose?
Unreal supports specular as some kind of legacy thing right? But sometimes it's useful. But materials in Substance are either spec/gloss or metal/roughness.
