Hi all! It's been awhile and finally I've managed to complete the skeleton. Moving onto next phase I'll start putting muscles on top. Welcoming critics for my skeleton model! Hopefully @carvuliero is still around as well
I've used similar anatomy apps in the past. Bonelab (free demo, full skeleton): http://www.nextd.com/human-anatomy-software/3d-skeleton-software-bone-lab/ 3D Muscles Teacher: http://www.nextd.com/3d-muscles-teacher/
[ QUOTE ] * the model appears to be almost twice as bigger than the default sarge model. is there anyway to scale it down? because in milkshape, I cannot scale the whole skeleton system. [/ QUOTE ] Tools > Scale All And yes, this does scale the skeleton
If you click the link at the top, and watch the video, they have a video where the have a baby made of the material with an underlaying skeleton watching a ball go back and forth, and it worked just fine. Imagine building organs and shit under the skeletons as well, like squishy intestines and everything
They can all be bound to the same skeleton. That's what I did. Not the only way, I am sure you can make a system to swap out different skeletons, but just binding everything was the simplest thign I could think of and it works.
Hey guys im having issues rigging this. I made a skeleton and weighted all of the vertices but when I move the skeleton the vertices at the bottom of my model act as if theyre not assigned to anything. Anyone have an idea what would cause this?
[ QUOTE ] go back to Brujer..whatever, farm the mines like crazy! the skeletons bone fragments sell for $$$$$ [/ QUOTE ] Exactly, and the skeletons keep respawning like crazy on one of the open air bridges (I think it's the second bridge that heads north.)
Wow! Thanks a lot guys! Really appreciate it. Being the only character TD here, and basically living in a man cave for 3.5 years, I'm never sure how my work stacks up against what else is out there. I'll try to answer some of the questions. @d1ver: I'm obviously not even talking about UDK but is there a chance that…
This may be a ridiculous question but, by that do you mean I should model a skeleton, then subsequently muscles but on the same sculpt? As opposed to a project thats a skeleton, then one thats the muscle system and finally a fully completed person? Also, thanks a ton for that link! I'll def be checking that out; cheers~
[ QUOTE ] was there ever a dark version of TMNT? it seems like a cool idea, but im not sure if ive actually seen it or just imagined it. [/ QUOTE ] Im working on it!! Cool skeleton by the way dejawolf. Have you seen any of the unreal developer docs? It will show you the kind of skeleton to use in ut2k4.
