Jaw dropping stuff. I woulda picked lobo for #1 though, but completely understand why link made it! He certainly is a crowd pleaser. Frankly all the top 10 are amazing and deserving, just my 2 cents.
This is terrible, I loved this guy...he's the guy who brought us the predator along with countless other special effects characters. RIP!! headengine, is the book called The Winston Effect? It cost me 100euro and is worth every cent.
This is a difficult industry to be in, especially if you're just starting out. Having gaps in one's resume is totally understandable. My two cents: Don't be afraid to make mistakes, it's part of the job! The quicker you get them out, the faster you learn. Do communicate well and be nice to people. Can't stress this enough.…
Well i thought Ide start one, heres something in done in Mypaint, about 15 min. Obviously this one in particular is rough but Im always looking to improve. So please comment and share your 2 cents. (i was playing Deadspace today and i think it shows :/ )
@Hinsegin looks great yet again the only thing i feel like i can give my two cents on is the feet look a little bit to small but it might be due to the angle and colors matching excited to see the finished
From a distance I think the light outline works better at making the forms readable. The dark seems to make it harder to read and a bit more chaotic, but up close like this I like the dark... Just my 3 cents.
Hey looking great so far! :D really nice to see progress and jennifer is great :D But i have a feeling that the eyes of the other heads are a bit too similar. anyway just my two cents. Keep it up!
I think you've done a good job of recreating the lines in the statue. Some of the proportions are a little off. The guy is a bit more curvy, and the woman needs a bit of work on the torso. Just my 2 cents, I'm not a pro yet...
The Skull concept is fantastic! It may just be personal preference, but I would like to see a little more plant growth on the skull itself, just to break up the color. My 2 cents, but you know what your doing! :)
If your gonna be carrying it around a lot, dont go for the 17"... The huge screen and full keyboard are very nice, but the 17" laptops are monsters to lug around and usually get pretty lousy battery life. Just my 2 cents
