While I really love the model of the skateboard kid, he doesn't feel all that cartoony or exaggerated. Your proportions are still fairly realistic. The poly flow on it is great though, and I love those poses. Just dreading the feeling you'd get from skateboarding with such a huge backpack.
I don't see how that makes it not fair. that's like saying that it is unfair to show a high poly-mesh in-game because it may have to many triangles to be a realistic expectation of a real time model and it slows a viewer engine down to 5/6 fps. its not unfair, just different .
:] Realistically speaking though, I'd go with Joe Biden in '08. BTW: Guliani is indeed a douchebag. Greeat quote from...Brewsters Millions I believe. "Who spends millions of dollars on a campaign to get a $60k a year job, unless they're gonna steal it all back anyhow?"
hey accually I wasnt going for photo realistic just workin on textures. but ya agree with everything u say, but for being maybe my 2nd or 3rd texture project im not to disapointed. will probly just stop this one and start a new one with all your comments in mind
The flesh looks off to me. Everything has a solid realistic look while the flesh looks somewhat under detailed and monochromatic. Granted I understand the flesh is meant to be grey-ish that doesn't mean there can't be levels of subtle color. Plus I feel the muscles are over defined.
looks rad! really cool upres of him w/ mechy biddles and stuff under his helmet. but i mean COME ON. he doesnt look ANYTHING LIKE MEGAMAN omg wtf. Are you plannin giving him more realistic proportions? Or keeping to the goofy game features?

Hi all! I'm making Kafka, a character from Honkai Star Rail. As you can see below, Star Rail has heavily stylised anime characters. However, for this project I am aiming for a realistic depiction - so almost like someone is cosplaying the character in the real world. The character will be game ready by the end of this. I…
I've never heard of SpeedTree, thank you for the tip! What about stylized and mb un-realistic trees and nature props? Are they also possible to make in SpeedTree or I might need working on them "by hand" in 3d Max or Blender or Maya? Thank you for being responsive! :)
