And those round islands are actually 2 sides of the glass, which will be in front of the altimeter face, it will have transparent, a bit dirty material eventually. The brown concrete (?) at the top is a difficult material to read. I would reduce the saturation and bump up the specular. Overall, it and the material of the fan have too much dirtiness over detail. How can I tile within a UV chart?

It's probably coming from dirty geometry produced from dynameshing+remeshing very concave areas and closely overlapping parts.
