What is your lightmap resolution on the mesh in the content browser? Try setting it higher than the default 32 and see how that works -

You just need to have the document set to 32 bit mode, and the normal color picker will switch to that. -

Have anyone found anything helpful for gamedev in Photoshop recent AI features?
I am still paying my own Photoshop subscribtion but haven't found anything useful in it for very long time. Don't forget to increase to size of the lightmap (Light Map Resolution), on your screenshot your value is set to 32, try 128/256. ;)
