I'm not sure I understand the exact problem. You couldn't see your own private message (sounds like a glitch)? Or messages you wrote publically don't show up when you log out? Any chance people might have felt like you were rate fishing and reported you? Did you add contact information and requested they contact you… -

I updated the beachscene with some fish. It's just a simple mesh based particle system with a animated vertex offset shader on the mesh/fish. -

Welcome to Germany, Bobo! @Sage: Erm... Frankfurt is not really famous for its fish - fish is generally more a thing you should try when you're in northern Germany near the coast. -

Looks like a good fish plate, as far as fish plates go! But 1024 is overkill for such a small prop (presuming it is a small prop). If it was going in a game, 256 would probably be big enough for this. Maybe a 512.
