ahhh, never used marmoset personally..I didn;t try hard enough to get it working properly in Max I guess...thats the right amount of glow right there :) I dunno how much time you got on this one but you could model an empty shell casing next to the gun, have a bit of smoke coming out of the barrel, and one "T" not glowing…
