Hello everybody, Been quite some time since I've posted an update. I've been extremely busy with some freelance stuff, but I am still using any free time I have to work on this awesome concept. Here is the current progress thus far The back of the vest is pretty intricate, going to be spending some time on that.

We're looking to fill both full time and contract positions. Also I should have specified we're looking for 3D artists, not 2D specific(edited above). We're not likely to sponsor a visa so unless you can legally work in the US it's a long shot. We do sometimes work with freelancers where this isn't an issue.
So, worked on it more and even managed to get all the things into Skyrim! :) The only missing thing is actually setting up a custom sword & shield instead of overwriting current models like now. I only have experience being present at feature film studios and don't know the level of junior/entry for video games since all the work I am doing for video games is freelance. but I don't see any problem finding a job with that reel man :O I really think you have a chance :) goodluck!

I should edit that tutorial I wrote and just say use Xnormal instead :) I struggled through with Maya for a few years but once i started working to tight freelance deadlines I quickly switched to Xnormal. Baking out large AO maps in Maya took me forever, and in my experience the quality of the bake was mediocre at best
