Looks like your triangulation is different - different tools use different auto triangulation systems. Manually triangulate the mesh before you import into unreal and it should look consistent. -

lets say I do not use a cage, but the normal ray tracing system , will it work ? and how do I do to freeze normals ? in 3dsmax or in xnormals?
