apple haven't been caring for standardization quite for some time. service friendliness is going to be an issue in areas with no legit apple service centres around, not that much in most of Europe and the US I guess? and I don't think they honestly really care much for those parts of market anyway. -

In these modern times, portfolios can be lovingly presented on a laptop or ipad type device. Printing is still cool, nice prints in a binder. There's probably a local printing service you could find, see what services they provide. Good chance they can hook you up with something nice. -

Try using the dodgeit.com service http://dodgeit.com/ You makeup an email address @dodgeit.com. The email gets sent to them. Then you just log into the dogeit website with the email you made up for alias. Its a great service for getting those annoying registration codes, and verification emails. -

In Austin, I recommend Grande Communications. But if you're stuck with Time Warner, I believe you can still get unlimited service through EarthLink. EarthLink uses Time Warner's cable, but I don't think they have metered service. They might be somewhat slower than TimeWarner though. -

I used the service back when I was in school several years ago as some of the jobs were very easy to complete (some were as simple as just typing words from an image) and I couldn't find any work locally. As a professional service for somebody looking to make real money, this should be avoided. -
