http://www.battleteam.net/tech/fis/ All I can say is WoW and why are most developers not doing this? Imagine playing a spy game where you actually had to ssh to remote server become root and shutdown a system to pass a certain point in the game :-) Why dont most developers take advantage of this? -

Haven't seen a thread. This is the best new show (imo) this year. Perfect match of Horror and Steampunk. The sets and costumes are amazing, along with a story where Dracula is almost the guy you end up rooting for. Hey, I think the branches are way too curly to be oak, and the bark is not rough enough. The leaf cards are also incredibly noticeable. I love the tree sculpt though. I would like to see a more intricate root bit at the bottom. -

I want to keep it even if is in low resolution, since the hair will be grey, maybe darker on the roots. but what I will probably do is put the hand on the same uv, since only the finger will show up, but I will only texture the hands and head -

Oh yeah, I forgot about that haha. I hate having to use the attribute editor/channel box unless I really have to. It's generally faster for me to make something that works without having to root around the construction history. -

I don't know, this game looks amazing. I'm thinking post apoc robo spiderman, and that sounds like a formula for awesome, you know? But the fucking main character is shit. I hate him. White guy dreads, etc...blech -

Personally I love the tree! I think its awesome, adds another layer of depth to the scene. He has been down the so long that seeds have fallen down from the hole in the ceiling and taken root oon is shoulder :) -

Even if they are not "pretending to be real news" the messages they are trying to convey are just as politcally rooted as Foxs.
