I like the mouth and nose part, but the anatomy does not look believable with the eyes too close to the mouth. I would have the eyes at where the root of that main horn is. And that cheek muscle looks all wrong.

Thnx again scott... Ive got a Pole vector controling the twist, but it twists it from the root joint, when ive got the joints limited , it just goes all screwy , as if its limited on the wrong axis.
I should add that in the case of the standing animation, the IK chain goals do not move, as the feet are planted on the ground. However, the root moves up and down, bending the legs. Yet this does not translate to the bone rotation. :(

Is there a way i could set up my materials so that i can pack up my project folder, take it anywhere on any other computer, and open it and the textures would be located properly, even if the root directory is different or the drive initial is different?
