Being entirely honest I have only done freelance work and an internship so far, but for any job I have ever done I always do. If they have a great salary of the bat that's great, but if you feel you would be unable to make a proper living of it you should discuss it imo.
Oh yeah that's my friend Eugene, i'm pretty close with him, he doesn't steal (as far as I know) He does a lot of freelancing and was giving that lady concept as a task, i'm not sure about anything though, I think they people that maybe made him do that were the ones stealing?

So, there's these cool areas in the forum if you're looking for people for projects. If you're looking for paid full time artists go here. If you're looking for paid freelance/outsourcing go here. Also, royalty based/ post launch paid work is here And if you're not looking to pay anyone for their work go here.
Nice, I just have a few question, : ) Was this for a freelance ? Also, for your personal works, do you come up with your concepts or do you use other peoples, and if you do where do you usually find them? and how fast do you work normally on your characters?
@PyrZern Well I think 18-20 may have been a fair number. Firstly if the contract was long-term that kind of compensates for one off freelance gigs. Secondly you would have gotten a shipped title/professional experience to put down on your resume since you don't have that.
