Maya - Slow Launch, takes forever to start up. 10+ minutes.
Alright so I can't seem to find a solution anywhere. My Maya takes forever to launch, I'm talking about 10+ minutes if it launches at all freezing up my entire computer every 30 seconds or so while launching. I'm running windows 10 and I've tried Maya 2012. 2014, 2015 and 2016 but that doesn't change anything. Does anybody… -

400 pages of unproven design is pretty crazy. Game design docs are reference - they're filled in, tweaked, updated as development goes on, dependent on how diligent the studio is with maintaining this stuff. Whole chunks get added then thrown out as that bit of design is proven not to work, and details like control schemes… -
