Good blockout so far, I think the cloak is too large though on top of his shoulders, its feels very heavy and not as fabric. I noticed because I can not see his neck, while in the concept the spacing between the cloak and his neck is a bit larger. And his fingers could be a little thicker and more planar. But all of that…
You really nailed the skin on this piece. The normals for the veins and scars came out really well and the folds in the cloak are very believable. Great work here!
you've got a lot of polygons in the chest part with the engravings that might be better spent on parts that deform a lot, like the cloak and robe. otherwise nice lowpoly
Latest concept. Needs some work obviously. I am not great at concept art. The chains on his cloak are embroidered and the gloves are nowhere near finished.

Although the burlap cloak is really well done, it's odd juxtaposed with the high tech footwear. Maybe you it could be made of a space blanket type material or something.
