Nah :P They make loud noises, yes. But that's only annoying to everyone else, because you don't hear it through the head phones. They do collect all kind of nasty dirt, but that's where the washable comes in handy :P I clean out the interior and ball once a month or so :) Not a biggie. I like the resistance the ball gives.… -
