Very powerful aesthetic! One thing bugging me is the hard shadows cast by the teal light. Since it's coming from every direction, I would expect softer, diffuse shadows.
Pixel Pusher doesn't sound so bad. Kind of imagining it as someone who get's to tell the pixel who's boss, tell him where to go and what to do. All that power.
I changed to a new colorset. It's top down RPG game , character using magic powers also, so colors can be somewhat original. What do you think ? Better ideas ?
UV mapping in blender is much better then in 3dsmax.3dsmax just recently got uv mapping tools as powerful as blenders. Press "N" scroll down to display and change shading to "GLSL".
Thanks for the feedback, I agree that it may not be as powerful but I dont agree that it doesn't read well, I may in the end the have a couple of poses if others think its really that bad.
I agree. You're getting some good set up and I feel like the composition is really strong and plays up a relaxed power in the character. Good job so far.
Importing the file into Blender hanged my computer, making it completely unresponsive. I had to shut it down manually with the power button, so well, I won't try a second time.
Modo is great, but it's frustratingly different at first. Some swear by it. Max is ideal for modeling; Maya for animation. Most artists don't care how "powerful" a given scripting language is. That's all there is to it, really.
The composition looks really interesting. The concept confuses me a bit though... Elise worships Vilemaw. Why would she fight someone who gave her the powers she posseses?
we need computers attached to cycling machines, you stop peddling and the power goes. I put on about 2 stone since getting into games, working it off now though :)
