Learn how to use Substance Painter and/or Mixer to combine and modify materials, so you're not just at the mercy of what the Megascans library contains, but it's perfectly fine to make use of the Megascans library.
By render, fo you mean convert? What file format does the volume need to be? I've converted meshes into DDS volume texture files, using the Slice modifier in 3ds Max.
Because I can get the same results faster in Max and build my low/high simultaneously, and now with Max 2020 new chamfer modifier CAD workflow is even easier.
Oh i got this but in my Project if the Baked normal is pluged in there is not option to modify the heigth value it just shows a unicolor normal map. I did : 1. Bake my Maps
I found a couple of problems with the UV projection but the reason I was getting that horrible artifact was because I had an "edit poly" modifier in my stack. I collapsed it and all was well :)

Cool, it's pretty straight forward. Build a PaintFX brush (or modify a preset), draw out some strokes, convert it to geometry, and bake just like you're doing with your zBrush results.
