If the rest of your build is up to par with the 980ti, you shouldn't experience noticeable performance loss at higher resolutions in games. I use the GTX970 at the moment and can max pretty much everything out and still get a stable 60fps or better. -

I remembered this from our old project. Man, the new verision in UDK is quite a bit sharper than this but at the time, this was pretty kickin in UT2k4 when we did the test runs. got roughly 65-75 fps on a 128 mb Nvidia agp. on the old 600 PIII. Man this takes me back. -

Congrats man, was wondering how it went. PODs, friend moved from here to KY for $600 (minus gas from driving his car across country). And get your heavy stuff in before or after 1pm - 5pm, hottest part of the day, and the thermostat got turned up since you were out here. -
