Completely unrelated to the artwork work you did, but 11 seconds of logos and personal text at the start of a video is a major no-no when doing trailers/sharable vids. You have about 3-5 seconds to capture someones attention before they click off, save logos for the end or maybe put it in the corner for a second or so. -
Solved: DDO - Add a text layer to your texture
I have made a (whiskey) barrel in C4D. I've exported it to Quixel and gave it my textures, wood & iron. Now I want to add some logos and a text to my texture. But everytime I make a photoshop layer containing a line of text and a layer containing a logo, they don't show up in 3DO. Do I forget something? -

In doing your decals, I would suggest choosing one major sponsor and painting your ship according to that sponosr's main color scheme, a la F1. For instance, Ferraris are Ferrari Red (duh) but the main sponsor is Marlboro-- whose colors are white and red; Lucky Strike/ Honda-- the car is white overall, with the… -

I'd probably be making logos, or web graphics. I still get asked to make logos and fliers quite often and try to get people to understand that raster is not the same thing as vector. (somehow some still rope me into doing it.) I'm glad I decided to go with 3d work instead of learning CSS and web design. -

Some more WIP stuff that I started. I wanted to brand all of my assets with a nice logo/name. So I came up with Galaxy Craft. This is my first crack at the logo. I've also started to work on the alien ship for my small prototype, I'm going to upload better images soon. -

soooo.... uhmmm.... what? lol, im confused... where are the images of the game? maybe i can try: those characters in the logo are almost all oversized and poorly rendered... i mean look at the L. WTF, the R even sucks. god damn those who dont try these days. These are the worst characters in a logo ever. ......... cough. -

www.polygimp.com Fixed: - The emptiness (using swizzles centering suggestion, thanks heaps) - The white space, using a simple css gradient (which scales to devices) - The crappy grunge font (Cheers, YsAlex) - Desaturated the side logo's a bit - Made a resume logo to use instead of text. Still have to work on making content…
