Im currently working on a project based off of another persons concept. I sculpted the trees a little differently would this hurt the piece as a whole if I strayed from the original? thoughts?
I don't really post on any sculpting sites. So im going to post this lil fellah here. He's a rock gollem and he's eating a tree. im going to texture and light for a still image. i'm going to render out a turn around. base mesh in maya zbrush sculpt about 20 hours
Hey, wasnt here longer times. Last I did a tree for usage in games. i didnt want to use a generator and sculpted the roots per hand and did the rest in max.
I've upgraded materials, trees, grass, sculpts, added orbs, falling leaves, wind, floating rocks Which composition fits better in your opinion? Or how could I further improve this composition?
Check out the ZRemesher in ZBrush for retopology on the tree. Then your process can be like 1. Sculpt 2. Export High 3. ZRemesh 4. Export Low & UV 5. Bake your maps

We tend to use a lot of evermotion trees as a base but im working in VFX. The same principles still apply though. We have had lots fo requests for custom trees in scenes of late and we have found the easiest way is just to start from scratch. I also have 2 tree bark textures I'd like to blend between in UE4. One texture…
The building facade that I am currently working on: A tree that I sculpted and baked. I also went out and took a picture of a tree with my new camera (Sony a65) and turned it into a tiling texture and then created a normal map from it with the nvidia filter. In UDK I tiled the texture 8x over the tree and averaged the Red…
