Have you tried to change options in the Display Performance Tab there is an option for texture maps quality. try to play with this options it may help. Easiest way to call viewport configuration window is to right click on Maximize viewport toggle. (the most bottom right icon). Sorry my bad you did :(

Have you tried face weighted normals script after you split them? In the end it's a pile of broken junk, does it look that bad in the engine with materlsa on them? I mean, nobody is going to notice

as much as i dislike troll comments, i feel compelled.... the presentation and pose aren't bad, but there are quite a few things wrong with her proportionally and anatomically at the basic level. i wish you'd posted an early WIP shot so we could have gotten them fixed, that way this piece would have been a badass stand-out.
