you lost me a bit on the roof. Inside walls and such should snap on the same grid as the outside, so that all of your portals (windows, doors, etc.) line up as well. If its a studio with a few titles that you know of you dont need to worry to much and they probably already has some kind of pipeline for freelancers. If you never heard of the guys you should ask for some of the money upfront. Make a small deadline like one week of work.… -

When talking about contrast, remember you have way more than just value to help sharpen textures. You can draw on hue contrast, warm/cool contrast, shadow color vs light color contrast, etc etc. Using all of them in conjunction will result in a sharper texture than just using values. I have installed the new update and all my zbrush files, ZPR, ZTL, etc ... lost the association to Zbrush.
