I've always found your pieces incredibly difficult to discern between the hands-on artwork (meshes, texturing) to the stuff that is done in post or heavily rendered/non-real-time effects. Then there is stuff that is just so abstract its hard to follow or really appreciate beyond being 'abstract'. There is zero…
You should really reduce the report time-limit then. 60 seconds is just too long, I was gonna report more than one, but just gave up when the second one told me to wait another 30 seconds before I could submit again... 30 seconds is a better option I think.
I own a 30/30 hunting rifle that is a mutt of Winchester and Marlin components. It was given to me by my great-uncle. I live in a relatively urban area, so I don't get a chance to practice with it very often. Once the temperature cools down, or my uncle visits, I will probably pull it out and head out to the shooting range.
looking around the studio here most of the dudes are in their 30's or late 20's. at almost every job I have worked at I have been the youngest person there. I don't think age matters at all really, attitude and skill are what is important. there are plenty of people who are in their mid 30's-40's in this biz.

A few of us in the #model_design IRC channel decided to do some quick (30-40 minute) Photoshop sketches based on random ideas generated from this crazy site. "A gigantic robot dodges a plane on the ice-barrier" - 40 minutes: "A shining octopus hammers a police officer in a loft." - 40 minutes: "A flying building site…
Are all of those 45 degree slopes ramps people are meant to walk on? If so then they should probably be moved down to be about 20 or 30 degrees. That would be pretty hard to walk up. Even if they're going to be stairs it should be about a 30 degree slope like this unless they're similar to a fire escape like some of the…
