You shouldn't modify existing files, add a .upl for your model. Can you take a look at the UT2003.log and tell us what it says there? -

I have created a polycount group for Myspace, so that everyone can find everyone else. http://groups.myspace.com/Polycount request to join and I'll ok it... I log in every day. So it shouldn't take terribly long. -
