It might be a good idea to have a lawyer write up a contract. When you are talking about selling a game or profit sharing it's no longer a hobby but a business venture.
I am watching some really really good stuff on polycount, are those guys from schools for animators or is this started as hobby and pushed into profesion just with practice?
