Modeled in blender/zbrush and textured in substance painter. As it was a personal project I went a bit high with the poly count it has 14169 faces. I used mainly quads for topology and no ngons. Baked high to low poly. All feedback and critique is welcome. Thank You.
espada que eu pensei em uma lâmina de cobre com zinabre (eu gostaria de críticas construtivas). deixar o link para mais das minhas artes dá força. obrigado http: //https//www.instagram.com/andre_simia/? hl = pt-br
Would like some feedback on my latest piece of work. I've used this workflow a few times, creating a high poly and baking out a normal and ambient occlusion and using the ambient occlusion as a guide to hand paint. I do use a specular map as well which I haven't done it yet for this. I know its probably not considered as a…
well, I can think of two big things to comment on; 1. does the katana have distal taper? Many 3D artists model swords as if they were cut from a flat sheet of metal; you want distal taper. 2. Is the cross-section of the katana grip oval or perfectly round? You want an oval cross-section for edge alignment. other than that…
Hi guys, My first post here. This is a project that I've completed for a university assignment. Any and all feedback would be greatly appreciated for tips that I can use in any future projects. :D
Made this today as a break from my Resident evil 7 Hallway. Just some base materials on there will finish up texturing tomorrow. If I can tear myself away from Premier League and Six Nations !
Hey guys, just started diving into low poly modelling and hand painting textures as part of a class assignment and i'm really getting into it. It's way more fun than I thought and quickly becoming my favourite thing to do. :) I've comped together two of my models, i'd love to hear what you guys think and any critiques…
Thanks for the explanation, but I'm still having trouble grasping all this. What advantage do I get by using a non-square map for this? Will I be able to fit the sword blade as one UV and give it more resolution? You guys know of any tutorials on doing it?
