Great work! How did you achieve those excellent fabric folds? (I cant anything to look nearly as good through MD) You really nailed down the jacket and jean feel, please share your knowledge! Cheers
half bath = powder room I just bought a townhouse here in MD about 3 months ago. 2 bedroom, 2.5 Bath (plus an unfinished one in the basement) about 2000 square feet. I'd like the place a lot more if I stopped trying to paint / improve all of it
Just guessing here, I'm not so great with MD either, but I've learned recently to usually work with a decimated sculpt from zbrush, rather than my low poly, and this usually lets the cloth drape with less issues as there is more vertices to read.
The Polycount boards and #md have been my main way of making contacts. Trying to post productiviness aswell as make constructive replies to peoples work. Show others in the industry you've got the professional mentality/work ethic and you'll do well.
Yo creatives! This is my first time using MD and this asset is just part of a bigger project, but I need some help. Here is what I have so far, I don't know if I can approach this better? ANY tips and advice will be HIGHLY appreciated!
We are also hiring Character Artists, hard surface modelers, tech artists, and technical animators. Please e mail me if interested in any of these positions. csulzbach@firaxis.com these are full time positions at our studio just north of baltimore, md. Thanks guys!
from what someone told me in #md, it's basically a port with some graphical improvements, which also comes with a singleplayer demonstration of gt5... and real gt5 is some time away... I also noticed the environments being very subpar but the car models are spectacular ...
As said, wasn't totally happy with the anatomy so I decided to make some changes and start over the fabrics in Marvelous Designer. This is how it's looking so far. Just came out from MD. Of course, I'll add some thickness to the clothes ^^ Her bust was reduced and also the overall dimensions/proportions Cheers!
This is the base mesh, I think that the trench coat need more volume, and I decide to sculpt it, I find MD very nice for pants, shirt and vest, but the trench coat i can make a better shape in zbrush. I still don't know if make him with hair or not. Time to start the real Sculpt :)
2. Adjustyour MD material presets. from what I've noticed, certain presets don't really read as advertised. You also need to do you own adjustment. 3. Do a slight shell extrusions http://wiki.polycount.com/wiki/File:Fluffy-fur-breakdown.jpg or do small fly away cards of fuzz
