I like Ableton Live. It's not only full featured, its FUN. Working with Live reminds me a bit of working with Zbrush in the sense that both can make art creation pretty darn fun. Fruity loops is another fine option. Both programs probably still have full-featured demo versions, so you can play around and see what moves you… -
