Hey, looks better ! In TB2 you can create groups with the meshes and the lights, so you can rotate everything if you want. instead of reajusting the lights for each view.
Having uvs backwards shouldn't be an issue in TB, especially TB2 where we added a bunch of UV improvements. If it is, get me an example mesh and I will bug log it. =D

Reworked my model based on some really amazing advice from Vir Norin at CBZ! Still looking for suggestions so I´d be happy for any advice and critique :)
if you've got it as a selection, go in to your alpha channel and fill it with white if you've got it as a layer, you should be able to just paste it straight in worked for me in 6 and cs2
you can load movies (avi or mov) in photoshop cs3 or greater the image sequence also works but I am not sure if it works with cs2 or below, in that case test it with ImageReady.
StrangeFate: the problem hawken said. seems to only affect photoshop CS2 i think because of the new designed tabs and stuff. :\ i wish they had keept the old interface.
