lol talon, just try using max 2008 for a year in a production pipeline and then switch back to 7, you will probably be kicking yourself at how slow it is and how it's missing a lot of the features you came to rely on. seriously... -

That would likely push me to purchase it Nearly all of the inanimate prop stuff I'm working on uses world/object space maps. Being able to view the shaders on those properly would seriously kick ass -
