Please tell me how to assign weights to this hat neatly and quickly in Maya.
The title is true. Assigning weights to free rigs in skinning practice. I can't seem to get the weights to work on the hat in the image. What I am having trouble with is assigning weights to each joint in a nice gradient. I was able to assign the weights to one joint at a time. For each joint, we have to select a vertex… -

Every second of your free time should be put in 3D atm. You life should be sleep, eat, work 3D, take a break from screen, nothing else. That's how you get better as a student, by spending every second of your "free time" working on your portfolio. -

great list! Funny thing is, free snacks are the least I care about, but whenever you tour a studio many the HR people LOVE to point out their free snacks, while keeping rather quiet on the rest that really matters when you're stuck in a place for 8 hours a day. -

actually the benefits i will receive are pretty good im basically covered for everything. and on top of that i get the flexpass for the metro down there for free. I want to live a stress free life so to do so i will ask for more so i dont have to worry about bills. -
