My experience has generally been that trying to fit a full, standing person into a "widescreen" painting is difficult to do if the focus is supposed to be on the person and some details about them (when you zoom out to a reasonable size and can view the whole image, the facial details really get lost, etc). Much easier to…
I've never been mugged and haven't been in a fight since I was in middle school 15-16 years ago. My look doesn't exactly scream 'victim' or 'has money', hehe. Being a moderately big guy helps a little, too, I suppose. My ex-wife did get attacked in a Wal-Mart parking lot one night. A fat black guy came up to her saying…
Hey, I have a quick question about alpha blend materials in UE5. If a rendered pixel is 100% opaque, does it incur less processing cost, or does the shader still process all pixels equally since it's using alpha blending? The reason I ask is that I'm trying to optimize an object with a small translucent visor. Would it be…
Ok I have her with Bones and morphs. The Model is pretty much done, but I still need To Rig her and figure out how to presenter her better. I wonder how she will look if I get a APEX clothing on her. (If I get the addon).
I love the layout of the character, but for whatever reason when I look at her face she seems a little lost looking. Also, I feel like you're losing her cheek bones, as well as her neck is too skinny. Her profile looks great!
yep! Her 'leather' suit is actually her hair, turned into some kind of liquid leather. When she attacks with her hair, her suit starts to come off. Weird, but kind of cool. At least its not angsty pointy-haired androgynous asian teenager #95984
Just making a separate thread for her since I don't want to clutter up the WIP thread. 4360 for the girl, 568 for the gun. Only the eye texture is done, the rest is object colors and some hair alpha I had lying around. The concept was this: The holster will be added later (together with the revolver), the thing on her…
Just finished my piece and turned it in, phew! I wrote about Elementalist Lux, which is to this day one of my favorite skins. It transforms Lux into a powerful Queen and mage, fighting a losing war against gigantic monsters. It's a skin both beautiful in game and rich with narrative potential, and I took it from an angle…
Any concept or idea for this character ?? But just for my taste (which some say is a bit twisted), her shoulders seem pretty wide. And you lost the silhouette of her waist. Her hands look very masculine and the jacket's sleeves should reach her wrists; if not cover them.
for the amount of polys you have on her, she could have alot more shape to her. She is quite boxy and her stature is verrry stiff, she needs a bit more S-curve goin on, just look harder at female anatomy to really flesh her out.
