Who knows, maybe next gen we'll see the industry switch over to a subscription based model. Rent consoles (like with old cable boxes) and pay a monthy service charge for download and playing games. And then have a 'budget' subscription available that depending on the game either puts advertisements directly in the game or… -

Make it clear what position you are going for . You have environment work and characters on that page and weapons . You need to concentrate on one or the other and become really good at one of them . How do you guys are making Anisotropic reflexion map ? Those maps are vector maps like normal maps are, so there is a special way to make them.
