To start with you'll want to expand Tool: Adaptive Skin and drop Dynamesh Resolution down to 0. This will get rid of the dynamesh on the preview.

Maybe the uv's is passing the 0-1 UV space and UE4 is set by default to repeat the last column of pixel when this happens ?

No, there are no material ID specific settings for the baker currently. It will simply bake whatever is in the 0-1 space for the low poly mesh(es).

No(hmm yes) it's an standard rounded box from 3Do, i think each side from 0-1 in uv space. ;)

That is called baking textures, not transfering uvs. As Gsokol described: This is located under Rendering > Render to Texture (or just use the shortcut "0")

Ok so after a little bit of digging, i've put r_ShadowJittering 0 in console command and it fixed my issue. Thanks
