Looks a little cross-eyed, depending on the angle, and the wings on the sides of his head look a bit too clean. (and chromey) -
Re: When unwrapping uv's for hardsurface models, is it ok to have tris on the flat planar sides?
You'd loose the ability to quickly select loops, rings etc, so technically it can affect the speed so much. -

The only easier thing than wings would have to be milkshape 3d or poser. But I wouldn't recomend any of them. -

The polyflow is kinda messy, but I do like the concept. Reminds me of nightmare from Soul Caliber 2, but with wings . -

Latest with, without color and spikey pokey things and stuff. Need to tweak the wings and finish out the details on the middle section.
