u mean move it to another tile? but what i mean is suppose i have a rivet on a a surface and i want the rivet to bake correctly over the surface it needs to be on top i usually make 2 bakes and edit in photoshop thought i can save time if theres a n option to set which parts of the UV be on top thanx for the help man :D -

So true about difficulty. Ghouls n Ghosts / Megaman were both face-melters. And chiptunes used to be awesome. The music in games like Cybernator made my balls fizzle. Btw, if anyone's checked out the new Scott Pilgrim game, the music evokes crazy nostalgia (awesome game too). Best game soundtrack I've heard in a good long… -

Update: LP is "done". Would appreciate some crit on how I laid everything out. I tried to avoid long, thin tris. No n-gons. ~9k tris. Let me know if I should post more angles/up-close shots. I'm about to go on to the funwrap but I don't wanna have to come back and correct a mistake in the LP. -

I didn't even know about uncompressed textures, so much to learn. Is all this info on the wiki? I usually pass it up, regrettably. Fine Arts degrees are nice n' all, but make sure you get into a more 'Commercial' program. I graduated from Emily Carr, and I can't say that painting non-objective abstract expressionism really helped me. Nor did spending months planning and writing art manifestos, arguing about political agendas, and painting intangible… -

Re: Zbrush - How to save my project to load later?
When you crop/resize the document, ZBrush quits the 3D mode and goes 2.5D. Press "ctrl+n" to clear the canvas, drag your 3D tool again, press "t" to re-enter the edit mode (3D mode). One more thing: when you save the project with "ctrl+s", the document size should have been saved too (ONLY for that project). -

I've managed to get it down to 64x64 pretty well. Im experiencing an annoying glitch that when I drag the UVs right to the edges of the UV square (in maya) the texture from the other side starts to bleed/wrap across :( . Is there any way to overcome this do you know? Im snapping to the grid so theoretically it should be…
