So...the LowPoly has reached a Triscount of 7K :) But i still have the Smoothing Group Issue. Is it important to smooth the Border Edges to get a softer look? There is no normal map on it. @beefaroni Thank you that worked. I didn't know Max can handle .iges format that well. I tried importing .iges files into Maya before since im Maya user but never had any luck with them. Always results into some weird black edges and mismatches on border.

Don't need a 3rd party program to do that in xp. You can change all those settings right in the appearance prefs. I did something very similar on my laptop a while back. Same gray text, blue windows, and grey borders, etc. It's a really nice color scheme
