The problem is I import the same model and it gives different results. Scale didn't change. So it's just weird. Thanks for the plugin suggestion. According to google it's not included in zbrush 2022, so I'll have to install it manually.

As practice I tried to make a hammer 422 tris 512 diffuse,normal,spec power I'm aware my scale is off and the specular map isn't the greatest. C&C welcome though.

I just did a test on a fresh mesh. Triangulated and exported out. Imported back in and I performed the same function. Got the black faces on attach again! Wonder if this is a bug or exclusive to MAX 2022?
